In order to be able to give you a feeling of security in advance, we have implemented our hygiene and safety guidelines for you at a high level.
General:
• Individual cleaning concept - individually adapted to the frequency of use of contact surfaces
• Training of employees according to currently valid regulations
• Posting of the currently applicable code of conduct for guests and employees
• we provide disinfection stations for guests and employees
• Ventilation concept in the common rooms with regular ventilation by opening doors and windows
• Internal processes have been adjusted in such a way that contact is reduced to what is necessary.
• we also offer all options for contactless payment
Hotel Garni:

• Plexiglas protective walls in the reception area
• Masks are compulsory for guests in the reception area and the public areas of the guesthouse
• Employees work in public areas when they come into contact with guests with mouth and nose covers
• When cleaning the guest rooms, the applicable hygiene and cleaning standards are consistently observed and checked
